If you're a physician wanting to refer a patient for treatment, we are ready to listen. To refer a patient to a Baptist Cancer Center clinic, you can contact the clinic that is conveniently located and offers the appropriate services for your patient. Following your initial communication with us, we may need additional records. Baptist OneCare MyChart allows for the easy communication and transfer of medical records, tests and reports through MyChart Link—even for physicians not directly affiliated with Baptist Memorial Health Care.

Baptist Cancer Center will communicate with you regarding the initial patient evaluation, treatment plans and ongoing care.

Note: Baptist Cancer Center does not treat patient under age 18.

Non-Oncology Infusion Services

In addition to our advanced cancer therapies, Baptist Cancer Center also provides infusion treatments for a wide range of non-oncology diseases, including autoimmune disorders, anemia, sickle cell disease and osteoporosis. Our therapies include biologics, monoclonal antibodies, gene therapy, immunoglobulins, steroids, and vitamin and mineral therapies.

These infusion services require a signed physician’s order.

Medical Records

It's important our team receive your patient's most current medical records.
